Lateejay Limited, as a policy, shall conduct its business activities by taking cognizance of
- The health and Safety of employees, contractors and any other third parties who may be affected.
- Protect and minimize the impact of company activities on the environment in which we operate by conserving natural resources, eliminating waste, recycling and re-using materials where possible.
- Ensure that health, safety and environmental (HSE) matters have equal status with all other business objectives.
- Identifying and evaluating all HSE hazards or aspects and the management of their risks or impacts to as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).
- Set company targets for improvement and measure, appraise and report performance.
- Promote an HSE culture in the company in which every employee shares in the commitment.
- Continually improve the company’s HSE performance ensuring all HSE incidents are investigated and lessons are learnt within the organisation.
- Monitor the health of our personnel on a regular basis to ensure that workers have the physical ability to perform their duties.
- Train the workforce and encourage safety awareness at all levels Conducting regular HSE audits to evaluate compliance with HSE laws and company HSE policies.
- Ensuring compliance to all applicable HSE Statutory regulations and legislation.
- Perform all operations with regards to the prevention of accidents.
- Zero accident or fatality in our operations.
- Our managers demonstrating visible felt leadership and commitment to safety, and excellent safety results are always recognised.
Quality Assurance Policy
LATEEJAY NIGERIA is a Company Specialized in Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) services in the Oil and gas industry including Metal and Pipeline Fabrication. The Company is committed to ensuring that quality of goods and services delivered are always of the highest standard conforming to local and International standards and satisfying customer’s needs, or applicable requirements and committed to continual improvement
In fulfilment of the above, the Company ensures that the best, skilled and qualified personnel shall be engaged for the execution of her works and services and continuously monitored and supervised for effective performance of the Quality Management System, structured to meet the requirements defined in ISO 9001:2015.
From the foregoing, utmost importance shall be given to conformance with International and local acceptable quality standards, which is intended to sustain LATEEJAY NIGERIA LIMITED in the competitive market.
The Company’s management objective is to provide services and products, which are in conformity with ISO 9001:2015 standard and to client contractual requirements.
To fulfill these objectives, the company has decided to adopt the Quality Assurance System and Program as outlines in this Quality manual.
It is required of all personnel to operate in strict accordance with the Quality system, performing their tasks correctly and contributes to the application and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
The Managing Director has the overall responsibility for ensuring that all personnel in the Company are fully aware of the Company’s Quality policy and their individual responsibilities as defined in the Quality Manual.
